Real Estate Registry announced today the start of registration for (4,774 real estate plots) in six neighborhoods in Madinah, including (part of King Fahd neighborhood, part of Al Aqeel neighborhood, part of Jamaa Umm Khalid neighborhood, Railway neighborhood, part of Al Khadra neighborhood, and part of Abyar Al Mashi neighborhood).

The Real Estate Registry invited the owners of properties located within the neighborhoods to register their properties through the rer.sa platform. The Land Registry invited property owners located within the scope of the neighborhoods to register their properties through the Land Registry platform rer.sa.

Beneficiaries can contact the customer service center 199002 to inquire about the registration procedures and steps, as registration lasts for 90 days until the end of October 3, 2024, corresponding to 30 Rabiul Awwal 1446 AH, and property owners must register their properties within the specified period to avoid penalties and fines specified by the real estate registration system.

Starting from the date set for the start of registration, a “property number” and a title deed will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered. The new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations and all real estate transactions that occur on it, to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, which contributes to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its key enablers.
