His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Hail Hail , Chairman of the Executive Committee for Developmental Housing, recently chaired the 12th meeting of the Executive Committee for Developmental Housing at his office, in the presence of its members and representatives of the relevant authorities. During the meeting, His Highness praised the support and attention provided by the wise leadership to the housing sector, and the care received by the Saudi family to facilitate their access to adequate and affordable housing, improve the quality of life of community members, and raise the efficiency of the social welfare system.

His Highness and the members of the Executive Committee for Developmental Housing reviewed the meeting at his office recently, in the presence of its members and representatives of the relevant authorities.

His Highness and the committee members reviewed the executive summary of the activities and works of Developmental Housing in the Hail region, in the areas of providing housing units, whether through the path of purchasing from the market or building on the Ministry's lands, and what has been achieved in the targets of establishing housing-related NGOs and their contributions in housing volunteering and implementing development programs for the beneficiaries. A report on construction and construction projects for developmental housing units in the region and their level of completion, and the status of delivery of units to beneficiaries of the developmental housing program in Hail city and its governorates were reviewed. After that, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad sponsored the ceremony of handing over a number of housing units to the beneficiaries of development housing in the projects of Al-Mada'in neighborhood in Hail and Baqaa Governorate, and honored the associations participating in the delivery of these units and their work teams.
