Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, and H.E. Ehab Al-Hashani, Deputy Minister and Chairman of the Board of NHC.

This step comes within the framework of National Housing Company's endeavor to apply and operate innovative solutions and practices, with leading technical systems to reach global best practices and achieve the strategic visions of the municipal and housing sectors, by adopting the best innovative technologies to achieve a sustainable future that contributes to driving comprehensive development and improving the quality of life for citizens, developing smart infrastructure and innovating advanced technical solutions, in addition to enhancing digital capabilities in developing and operating a number of government digital platforms.
The contract includes the operation of a number of government digital platforms. The operating contract with the Korean Niver System, one of the leading companies with a wide range of artificial intelligence solutions and advanced cloud services, includes integration with the data set and spatial layers in GIS to lay the initial foundations for the advanced digital solutions that National Housing - through Baladi platform - is developing and operating in the Kingdom's main cities, including 3D maps of cities, and creating simulation models as a virtual representation of urban planning, flood management, control centers, and monitoring and control.
National Housing is working on the development and operation of the Baladi platform.
