The Housing Program announced through its account on the X platform that the date of disbursement of the subsidy for the current July payment will be tomorrow, Wednesday, July 24, 2024, indicating that the date may change if it falls on a holiday or an official holiday.

Conditions for housing subsidy eligibility

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has previously defined the conditions required to qualify for housing subsidies, which are as follows:

• The applicant must be a Saudi-national.
• Not benefit from other support programs provided by the Saudi government.
• Have not benefited from a housing subsidy before.
• Applicants must be at least 25 years old.
• Provide all documents proving eligibility for support.
• The applicant or a member of his/her family must not own a dwelling registered in his/her name.
• Make sure all the required conditions are met.
