Brave Sociability

Since the launch of the Housing Program in 2018 within the programs to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which initially focused on increasing the supply and quality of real estate units at affordable prices, the Kingdom took an advanced position among countries that have a clear strategy in national housing and a specific goal for home ownership.

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing launched the Developmental Housing Program, which aims to provide housing units for the benefit of deserving families and the most needy in the community who are covered by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and registered in the housing support portal, so that this is done in integration with and partnerships with civil societies and institutions in the Kingdom, which totaled more than 300 civil societies.

The number of units amounted to 40,000 units targeted during 2021 through 2025, which varied between ready-made housing units from the Ministry of Housing projects, construction of new housing units for the beneficiary or direct ready-made purchase from suitable offered units.

<Perhaps the launch of the Joud National Housing Project, which aims to engage the community, whether as individuals or third sector organizations, to provide a helping hand for housing support to beneficiaries through an electronic platform that achieves transparency, accuracy and professionalism in providing support, as the platform contains various services, whether for shareholders or services for third sector associations and their initiatives. It also includes initiatives for individuals as well, where the association or individual can create an initiative for a specific goal to contribute to supporting rent or providing housing, as the wonderful initiative seeks to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030 to enable a healthy and prosperous life through its vision to sustain housing giving to the most needy families, God willing.
