The General Authority for Real Estate recently revealed two new updates to the real estate brokerage platform.
The Real Estate Authority said that among these updates is the request to hold an auction service, which allows those licensed with a real estate auction license to submit a request to hold a real estate auction for the purpose of holding a public auction for real estate in order to sell it, sell its usufruct, or rent it.
As for the second update – according to the General Authority for Real Estate – it is an improvement to the non-electronic document service, as the ownership document issued by the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority has been added to the documents section under the name of the Economic Cities Authority document.
