The General Real Estate Authority recently revealed two new updates to the real estate brokerage platform.

Real Estate Authority (REA) recently revealed two new updates to the Real Estate Brokerage platform. According to the Real Estate Authority, one of these updates is the Auction Request Service, a service that allows VAL licensees to submit a request to hold a real estate auction for the purpose of holding an auction to publicly bid on real estate for sale, benefit sale or lease.

The second update is the Auction Request Service, which allows VAL licensees to submit a request to hold a real estate auction for the purpose of holding a public auction of real estate for sale, benefit sale or lease.

The second update, according to the General Real Estate Authority, is the improvement of the non-electronic documents service, as in the documents section, the ownership document issued by the Cities and Special Economic Zones Authority has been added under the name of the Economic Cities Authority document.
