Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority explained the details of registering a real estate transaction in real estate transactions portal, indicating that through this service you can register your real estate transaction in the real estate transaction tax before completing the emptying process or documenting the contract, as the service provides knowledge of the extent to which the real estate transaction is subject to tax, with the possibility of issuing a payment invoice for the amount of tax due.
The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority noted that the real estate transaction tax is a tax levied on all real estate transactions. The Zakat Commission noted that the real estate transaction tax is a tax imposed at 5% on all real estate transactions and the like, including:
- Sale
- Ijarah to own
- Finance Leasing
- Will
- Utilization contracts of more than 50 years

- Visit the website: zatca.gov.sa
- Select the real estate transaction service and log in
- Register a new transaction
- Add the necessary information
- Order the invoice and pay the tax
