The Community Development Housing Corporation “Sakan”, represented by the “Joud Housing” platform, has contributed to providing housing solutions in the Northern Borders region for 1193 eligible families of the neediest families, including 329 families during the current year, in line with the organization's commitment to promote the concept of developmental housing and provide housing solutions for the most needy families in society.
The Secretary General of Sakan, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Kridis, explained that the achievements achieved came thanks to the support of the wise leadership - may God support them - for the housing sector, especially with regard to the issue of development housing, and the provision of support for the “Good Housing” platform, indicating that Sakan continues its efforts to achieve the goals of the leadership in providing appropriate housing solutions for the Foundation's beneficiaries, which contributes to promoting housing stability and achieving the Kingdom's vision 2030.
Al-Kridis expressed his thanks and gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan, Governor of the Northern Borders Region, for his patronage and follow-up to the “Good Northern Borders” campaign, while praising the great role of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Community Development Housing Corporation (Sakan), Mr. Majid Al-Hogail in supporting and enabling the organization to achieve its goals, and the organization's partners in the sector (government, private and non-profit) and donors (major donors and individuals), which achieved a qualitative leap in the path of “housing” as one of developmental housing enablers in the Kingdom.
