Sakan announced that it has contributed to enabling more than 1544 beneficiaries from the most needy families to have adequate housing since 2021, including 533 housing units in 2024, which contributed to meeting the needs of a number of deserving families and sustaining giving in the Kingdom.

Development Housing is a private foundation whose Board of Trustees is chaired by His Excellency Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, and seeks to stimulate giving and community participation through innovative initiatives such as “Good Housing” and “Solution for Housing Innovation”, as Sakan works to pioneer and empower the non-profit housing sector to provide sustainable solutions.
