The Real Estate Development Fund, deposited one billion and sixteen million riyals in the accounts of the beneficiaries of the Residential Program from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the Real Estate Fund for October 2024.
The CEO of the Real Estate Fund, Mansour bin Madhi, explained that the total support for the month of October was allocated to support the profits of the contracts of the various housing support programs, with the aim of improving the ability of beneficiaries to own housing, to achieve the objectives of the housing program - one of the Kingdom's 2030 programs.

Ibn Madi stressed that the Real Estate Fund is keen to diversify financing solutions and benefits and find supportive solutions to the financing challenges facing beneficiaries and address them to facilitate their journey of owning suitable housing, stressing the importance of beneficiaries“ commitment and updating the stages of construction of their homes electronically through the Fund's portal to ensure continued housing support.

The CEO of the Real Estate Fund called on the beneficiaries of the self-construction product and ”Land and Loan" who have exceeded the statutory period of 36 months from the signing of their financing contracts and have not completed the construction stages of their homes and meet the conditions for benefiting from the grace period for the disbursement of financing payments to quickly update the stages of completion of the construction of their homes and apply for an extension of the grace period to be able to disburse their financing payments, noting that the deadline for receiving the request to extend the deadline for disbursement of financing payments is Sunday, November 4 next.
It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Development Fund provides services for housing support programs through more than 43 digital services, through the Fund's electronic portal, the real estate advisor service, in addition to self-service devices in all its branches 24 hours a day, while the unified call center 199088 and social media channels respond to the inquiries and questions of beneficiaries.
