The Ministry of Commerce revealed that (60 days) is the remaining deadline for companies to amend the Constitution / Articles of Association in accordance with the provisions of the new Companies Law, as the deadline expires on January 18, 2025.

<The Ministry invited companies to take the initiative to amend the Memorandum of Association / Articles of Association via (Business Platform) of the Saudi Center for Economic Business: business.sa and access the “Amendment of Memorandum of Association / Articles of Association” service, fill out the form and submit the application electronically, and benefit from (no financial charge for publication fees) for the time being.
The application is submitted electronically by (partner/director/authorized person), and requires an extraordinary general assembly resolution for joint stock companies/shareholders' resolution for simplified shareholding, and the application is submitted for the main records of companies only.
