President of the General Authority for Real Estate: 300,000 beneficiaries of the Saudi Real Estate Institute's trainings

The CEO of the General Real Estate Authority, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, emphasized the leading role of the Saudi Real Estate Institute, the Authority’s academic arm, and its efforts to develop human capital and enhance the competence of workers in the real estate sector, noting that the positive results achieved by the Institute are the result of the unlimited support provided by the wise leadership—may God support them—to the real estate sector through a framework of legislation that has empowered it and transformed it into a vital sector characterized by growth and development.

In his remarks during the opening of “Real Estate Training Forum" that real estate training helps raise professional standards within the sector and enables citizens to acquire exceptional skills, qualifying them not only to meet the demands of the local market, but also to compete at the highest global levels. It directly contributes to achieving the goals of the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector and stimulates economic growth by preparing qualified practitioners who hold accredited professional certifications and licenses to engage in various real estate activities. Since its establishment, the Saudi Real Estate Institute has successfully trained more than 300,000 beneficiaries by offering over 4,500 training programs across five main tracks, including real estate consulting, real estate analysis, real estate brokerage and marketing, real estate investments, and real estate registration. In addition, the Institute is working to offer modern training tracks that incorporate real estate technologies, which contribute to providing innovative real estate solutions that support the construction of sustainable cities of the future.

He noted that "the Authority,” through the Saudi Real Estate Institute, is working to develop leaders who will help transform the Saudi real estate sector into a global model of innovation and professionalism, as well as to chart a clear roadmap for the customer journey in the real estate sector, starting with empowerment and leading to the achievement of sustainability. He added that specialized training can develop real estate professionals, enhancing their ability to adapt to current and future technical and regulatory developments in the sector.

Al-Hammad noted that this edition of the Real Estate Training Forum serves as a knowledge-based, educational, and developmental platform that discusses the current state of real estate training and its role in meeting the needs of the real estate market and supporting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, in addition to reviewing modern trends and approaches in real estate training and their positive impact on the professionalism of real estate transactions, which will help address challenges, devise innovative solutions, and provide specialized knowledge to interested parties.
