Al-Diriyah Company signed a contract worth 426.3 million riyals (US$113.6 million) with a company specializing in urban development to carry out architectural design work, as part of its plans to develop the “Boulevard” neighborhood.

Al-Diriyah will leverage its expertise to serve as the multidisciplinary design consultant for a group of uniquely designed buildings in three community areas within the “Boulevard” district. The company’s scope of work includes conceptual design, schematic and detailed design, as well as supervising the construction work within these community areas located in the “Boulevard” district.

This contract is part of an ambitious development program advanced by Al-Diriyah Company through the signing of major contracts with a group of companies to execute large-scale projects within a development area spanning 14 square kilometers.

It is worth noting that the “Boulevard” district is a key destination within the Diriyah project, valued at 236 billion riyals ($63.2 billion), and serves as a central hub connecting various areas in accordance with Diriyah’s comprehensive master plans.
