King Saud University will host the Fourth Saudi Urban and Real Estate Forum and the accompanying exhibition from January 14 to 16 under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, at the main lobby of King Saud University in Riyadh.
The Fourth Saudi Urban and Real Estate Forum, organized by the Saudi Society for Urban Sciences, will be attended by a number of academics, contractors, real estate professionals and officials in the public and private sectors to discuss modern theories and future challenges, exchange experiences locally and globally, work to consolidate the relationship and global cooperation between participants and encourage and support scientific research.
The forum comes as a complement to the fourth Saudi Urban and Real Estate Forum

The first forum was titled ”Vision and Ambition in 2007“, the second was titled ”Modern Urbanism in the Knowledge Age“ in 2010, while the third forum in 2014 was titled ”New Urbanism for Emerging Universities. Consolidating Sustainable Development."
The third forum in 2014 was titled "The New Architecture of Emerging Universities. The Saudi Society for Urban Sciences is the first scientific association concerned with various urban affairs, as it was established in 1408 AH with the aim of gathering specialists and those interested in architecture and urbanism and benefiting from their expertise, and has achieved since its inception until now a wide spread at the local and international levels, as the Society is a member of the International Union of Architects UIA and an official representative of the Union in the Kingdom.
The Society is also a member of the International Union of Architects and an official representative of the Union in the Kingdom. The Association is also a member of the Arab Architects Association and has many cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding with several international bodies, the most important of which is the American Institute (AIA), in addition to many governmental and non-governmental bodies and organizations inside and outside the Kingdom.
