<The meeting witnessed a dialogue session entitled ”New Horizons for Contemporary Urban Development“ hosted by the Kingdom's pavilion ”Saudi House“, with the participation of Diriyah Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo, and a number of international officials from the public and private sectors and regional and global organizations.
The session discussed the themes of new and innovative solutions for contemporary urban development. The session discussed future urban planning, technology integration, collaborative strategies, investment opportunities and redefining the future of cities, with the participation of Nesma's Executive Vice Chairman Rami Al Turki and Associates and Zoom's Chief Operating Officer Aparna Bawa.
During the session, a number of international and private officials and regional organizations reviewed the future of cities. During the session, the panelists shared their insights on transforming historic sites into vibrant, human-centric urban centers, showcasing a number of innovative global urban development models and using Diriyah as an example. The panelists also discussed the vital role of cross-industry partnerships, investment opportunities and smart technologies in developing sustainable, inclusive and attractive cities for investors, businesses and residents.

Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of Diriyah Group, emphasized that this participation in the world's largest annual gathering of the global economic and political community provides an opportunity to share the stories and opportunities that Diriyah offers to the world, in addition to discussing insights on how new smart development technologies and processes can accelerate the construction and delivery of assets in the Diriyah project, and the critical role that international investment plays in achieving these goals.

Senior executives of the company are also participating in the meeting to interact with global stakeholders and discuss possible means of cooperation in various fields.
It is noteworthy that the Diriyah project is also participating in the meeting. <The Diriyah Project is one of PIF's flagship projects and aims to transform Diriyah into a contemporary city that embraces 300 years of history and heritage, the birthplace of the Saudi state. The project will include more than 40 luxury hotels, office space for tens of thousands, diverse arts and cultural areas, world-class sports facilities, hundreds of shops, and 100,000 residents. The project is set to host 50 million visits per year by 2030, contributing about 18.6 billion dollars to the Kingdom's GDP.
