Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid Al-Hogail, revealed a plan to provide more than 160,000 housing units in 2025, with a focus on achieving affordable prices ranging between 450,000 riyals and 850,000 riyals.

Minister Al-Hogail said in statements during the Future of Real Estate Forum in Riyadh on Monday. In remarks during the Future of Real Estate Forum in Riyadh on Monday, Minister Al-Hogail said that the ministry, in cooperation with private sector partners, will pump more than 140,000 housing units in all major cities, reflecting the government's commitment to meet the needs of citizens.

Minister Al-Hogail said. <Al-Haqeel also explained that it is planned to pump more than 20,000 housing units during the current year 2025 at prices below 450,000 riyals, and citizens who are eligible for subsidies will have a special price. <Al-Hogail pointed out that more than 21,000 families from the most needy groups were able to own housing, which contributes to achieving housing justice in the Kingdom. He emphasized that the rate of home ownership exceeded 64% by the end of 2024, which reflects progress towards achieving the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 in enhancing citizens' home ownership.
