The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing announced the success of the Future Real Estate Forum in its fourth edition in signing 12 agreements for distinct real estate projects worth more than 6 billion riyals, as part of promoting the growth of the real estate sector and increasing the housing supply in various regions of the Kingdom.

This agreement aims to enhance cooperation between the public and private sectors in developing innovative real estate projects that contribute to improving infrastructure and supporting the targets of the housing program, which contributes to raising the percentage of residential ownership in the Kingdom.
