The program released in 2024 the number of projects benefiting from the ”Sustainability Assessment“ service, reaching 75 projects with a total area of nearly 47 million m2, an increase by 321 TP3T from the previous year, and 11 projects received a design conformity document, recording a growth by 191 TP3T. During the past year, the program issued more than 23,000 quality inspection reports, a service that enables the beneficiary who is about to buy or rent a real estate unit to verify the quality and safety of the building or construction processes through an inspection mechanism by accredited examiners, for ready-made buildings or buildings under construction.
