The Real Estate Registry announced today that it has started receiving applications for the first in-kind registration of 159 real estate parcels in part of the Al-Naqaba neighborhood in Al-Jamoum Governorate in the Makkah region.

The Real Estate Registry noted that property owners located within the scope of the neighborhood must register their properties before the end of June 26, 2025, where the location of the property can be verified if it is within the declared areas through the Real Estate Registry platform, calling on property owners to register their properties through rer.sa, the Real Estate Registry application, and contact the customer service center 199002, to inquire about registration procedures and steps.

He pointed out that real estate owners must register their properties within the specified period to benefit from the services of the real estate registry, carry out real estate transactions easily and smoothly, and avoid the penalties and fines specified by the Real Estate Registration System.

Real Estate Registry confirmed that it will continue to register properties in the areas benefiting from the real estate registry, as part of its efforts to increase reliability and transparency in the sector by building a comprehensive real estate registry for real estate information in the Kingdom, and be a unified reference for all real estate data.
