Residential real estate trades in Real Estate Exchange during the first quarter of 2025 had the highest percentage by about 87.8%, commercial real estate reached 6%, then agricultural real estate, while the total value of trades achieved 28.1 billion riyals, a slight decrease of about 1%.

The statistics showed that the number of real estate transactions decreased to 15,786 transactions compared to 18,776 transactions year-on-year, a decrease of 16%, and operations during the first quarter varied between real estate emptying, sorting and merging properties, mortgage services and real estate financing.
