<In a move aimed at enhancing transparency and protecting real estate property rights, the competent authorities have launched the Real Estate Registration system, which is mandatory for all properties in declared real estate zones. The system aims to document real estate ownership and ensure the rights of owners. In this report, we take you through the detailed steps to complete the first in-kind registration of your property with ease.

First In-Kind Registration Steps:

Log in to the platform:

Go to the Land Registry Platform via its website or mobile application.

Sign in using the unified national Nafa'ah system by entering your national ID number.“

From the main menu of the service

From the main menu of services, select ”First In-Kind Registration“.

Enter the deed data:

Enter the number and date of the title deed of the property you wish to register.
Real Estate Registry

After entering the data, you will see the property information retrieved from the registry; please review it carefully to make sure it is correct.

Locate your property on the map:

Use the interactive map to accurately locate your property. Zoom in on the map and select the property boundaries, then choose the type of property and the number of floors if any.

Review rights, restrictions and obligations:

Look at the list of rights, restrictions and obligations associated with the property.

Make sure the information is correct, and add any rights or obligations that have not been added previously.

Submit your application after reviewing the data:

After making sure all the information is correct, click on the "Submit" button.

Your order will be sent. Your application will be sent to Real Estate Registry for review.

Review and issue documents:

The Land Registry will review your application and verify that the data is correct.

After approval, the following documents will be issued for your property:

Registration Deed: A document that proves your ownership of the property.

Real Estate Gazette: A record containing details of the rights, restrictions and obligations of the property.
