Riyadh Exhibitions Company Limited is preparing to host the 12th edition of the “Saudi Plastics and Petrochemical Industries Exhibition” and ”Saudi Printing and Packaging Exhibition” on March 1 at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events, one of the Kingdom's most important destinations. The initiative comes in light of recent statistics indicating that the industrial cities in the western region account for more than 50 percent of the production of the petrochemical and plastics sector in the Saudi market, with one-third of the companies operating in the field having local facilities. The exhibition is expected to highlight the remarkable industrial and commercial boom that the Western Province cities are witnessing in this field. Accredited by the International Federation of the Exhibition Industry (IFEI), the event continues to play a leading role in meeting the needs and requirements of vital industrial sectors locally and regionally. The 11th edition of the event, which was held earlier this year, attracted more than 520 exhibitors from 26 countries around the world, showcasing the latest products and innovative solutions. The event also witnessed a strong international turnout, with ten national pavilions and more than 20,000 visitors. The Saudi Plastics and Petrochemicals Exhibition and the Saudi Printing and Packaging Exhibition, scheduled for March 1-3 at the Jeddah Forums and Events Center, are expected to highlight the remarkable industrial and commercial boom that the cities of the Western Region are witnessing in this field. It is noteworthy that the Saudi Plastics and Petrochemical Industries Exhibition and the Saudi Printing and Packaging Exhibition have achieved remarkable success over its 11 previous editions as the most prominent industrial event in the Kingdom, which aims to provide a communication platform that brings together industry leaders and stakeholders in the field of petrochemical, plastics, printing and packaging industries.
