Al-Baha Municipality completes 213 market-ready housing units during the first quarter of 2024

Baha Municipality represented by the Housing Affairs Agency, announced its most prominent achievements during the first quarter of this year, as part of its efforts to support the housing sector and improve the quality of life for citizens, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The achievements included providing (213) ready-made housing units from the market, implementing (81) self-construction projects for beneficiaries, allocating (32) land and loans, sorting (48) real estate units within the organization and development procedures, handing over (22) units within development housing projects, as well as supporting (57) beneficiaries who are in default in paying rent.

The Secretariat indicated that it has achieved (213) ready-made housing units from the market, and implemented (81) self-building projects for beneficiaries. It pointed out that a satisfaction rate of (97%) was achieved for housing services, with the implementation of (70) field tours to follow up projects and needs, providing its services through (18) centers and (40) working days within the digital development caravan, in addition to delivering electricity to (439) residential plots in the Jubus Dhafila scheme in Qalwa Governorate, and completing (98%) of infrastructure works in Al-Maqarha Hills project.

Albaha Municipality stressed its commitment to strengthening the real estate sector within the organization and development procedures, and handing over (22) units within development housing projects. Al-Baha Municipality emphasized its commitment to strengthening partnerships with the relevant authorities to provide integrated housing services that support urban development and contribute to raising the ownership rate in the region.
