Revealing the achievements of the Housing Affairs Agency in Al Bahah during the first quarter of 2025

Providing 213 prefabricated units, implementing 81 self-construction projects and allocating 32 land and loan with 97% satisfied.

The Al-Baha Regional Secretariat represented by the Agency for Housing Affairs Agency, its most notable achievements during the first quarter of this year, as part of its efforts to support the housing sector and improve citizens" quality of life, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The Secretariat explained that the achievements included providing 213 ready-to-move-in housing units from the market, implementing 81 self-build projects for beneficiaries, and allocating 32 plots of land and loans, with 48 real estate units processed as part of regulatory and development procedures, and the delivery of 22 units as part of Developmental Housing projects, in addition to providing support to 57 beneficiaries who were behind on their rent payments.

It noted that a satisfaction rate of (97%) was achieved for housing services, with (70) field visits conducted to monitor projects and needs, and services provided through (18) centers and (40) working days as part of the Digital Development Caravan, in addition to connecting electricity to (439) residential units in the Jubus Dafila development in Qalwa Governorate and completing (98%) of infrastructure work on the Tilal Al-Maqarah project.

The Al-Baha Municipality reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening partnerships with relevant entities to provide integrated housing services that support urban development and contribute to increasing homeownership rates in the region.
