Resolutions and housing subsidies Rearranging real estate paperwork

Mohammad Al-Hassami

Yesterday, the Cabinet approved amendments to the Housing Subsidy Program, which gave the program more flexibility and vitality to achieve its goals.

The amendments included lowering the age of eligibility. The amendments include lowering the age of eligibility and promoting the empowerment of women to own their first home through the Housing Subsidy Program, in a move that reflects the state's keenness on the comprehensiveness and fairness of the support.

These amendments come within the real estate market, which has recently witnessed important changes, including the issuance of decisions and amendments aimed at rearranging the sector's papers and achieving a better balance between supply and demand to serve citizens and investors alike.

The leadership has been the hand of the first hand through housing support. The leadership was the firm hand that set new rules and monitored their implementation, eliminating many of the practices that were burdening the market, such as monopolization and speculation that were pushing prices up.

These amendments are not just a matter of the real estate market. These amendments are not just passing changes, but a deliberate step towards building a more transparent and stable real estate market, ensuring fair opportunities for all, and allowing beneficiaries to act more freely with their housing support.

The market is now moving towards moderation; neither excessive heat that raises prices nor cold that stops the movement of real estate and investment

<With each amendment, the dream gets closer to reality... a stable market, equal opportunities, and a promising future for all.
