Arab American Alliance Company begins implementing its programs with “Housing” through 5 projects in Riyadh

The Arab American Alliance Company has started implementing its programs for the Ministry of Housing to build housing units in the north of the capital, through five projects as a first phase: Jawaher project in Al-Qayrawan neighborhood, north of Riyadh, consisting of 145 villas, Beit Al-Har (1) project, Beit Al-Har (2) project, two projects in Namar neighborhood, west of Riyadh, consisting of 550 villas, Maali scheme east of Riyadh, consisting of 275 villas, and Taiba scheme south of Riyadh, consisting of 230 villas.

The company has started implementing its programs with the Ministry of Housing.

The meeting held recently, chaired by Saudi partner Hamad bin Mohammed bin Saeedan and attended by American partner Arar Hovnanian Homes (K-Hovnanian Homes), reviewed the future plan for the projects undertaken by the company in Riyadh's Namar, Taiba and Qairawan neighborhoods and discussed the steps to implement the agreement with the Ministry of Housing to build its residential units.

The meeting was followed by a visit to the Al Maali project in Riyadh's West Riyadh neighborhood, which consists of 550 villas. Following the meeting, the board members visited the projects in the field to check the progress of the projects. A large part of the villas have been sold, while the rest are being implemented, as the company seeks to build 1200 villas over the next three years.

Following the meeting, the board members visited the projects in the neighborhoods of Namar, Taiba, and Qairawan in Riyadh.
