The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing that objections to violations, fines, andmunicipal procedures are processed electronically via the “Unified Objections Platform” within a maximum of 15 days from the date of submission, in accordance with standardized procedures among the relevant regulatory authorities, reflecting the Ministry’s commitment to fairness, transparency, and prompt response.

In a press release issued today, the Ministry explained that the platform allows for the receipt and processing of objection requests without the need to visit the Ministry’s headquarters or the secretariats and sub-municipalities, noting that this helps streamline procedures and improve the experience for beneficiaries and customers.

Beneficiaries can submit their objections electronically regarding violations, fines, and municipal permit applications via the “Baladi” platform or app, with the ability to track the status of their request in real time via the link: https://balady.gov.sa/ar/products .

The platform’s services cover individual citizens and residents—whether owners or tenants—as well as commercial and service establishments, business sectors, real estate developers, and anyone against whom a penalty stipulated in the Municipal Violations Regulations has been issued.

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing continues to develop its regulatory and legislative tools by working to standardize regulatory criteria, enhance digital transparency, and ensure fairness for all stakeholders and beneficiaries in all procedures related to municipal licensing and oversight.
