The activities of “Real Estate and Contracting Week“, organized by the Enterprise Support Centers at the headquarters of the Enterprise Support Center in Madinah, continue until tomorrow, Thursday, July 03, 2025, with the aim of supporting and empowering entrepreneurs in the real estate and contracting sectors.
The day's activities included the organization of a session entitled “The Journey of Real Estate Registration in the Kingdom”, presented by the official spokesperson for the Real Estate Registry, Yazeed Al-Yahya, who explained that real estate registration aims to record and document all information related to real estate in the Kingdom, including ownership data, boundaries, areas, rights and obligations associated with it, noting that this system contributes to the establishment of a unified and accurate real estate record that enhances the sustainability and development of the real estate sector.
An interactive session titled "Introducing the benefits and role of the establishment size certificate", presented by the Data Solutions Specialist at the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monshaat), Lama Al-Zuhairi, reviewed the importance of the establishment size certificate, which is an identification document issued by Monshaat to identify small and medium enterprises and gives them many advantages and preferences in their dealings with government agencies.
The Real Estate and Contracting Week includes a series of workshops and dialog sessions that aim to transfer experiences, exchange knowledge and empower entrepreneurs and practitioners in this vital sector.
