National Housing Company (NHC) signed the agreement with CACC China, one of the leading construction companies in the construction sector, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop exemplary residential destinations with international standards. The agreement provides for the construction of more than 1,400 residential units in Rehab Al Sudan, part of Al Sudan Destination, a residential community developed by NHC in Jeddah to meet the needs of Saudi families, in accordance with the highest standards of urban development.
The agreement is part of the company's ongoing efforts to develop model residential destinations with international standards. This step marks the start of a series of future projects, within the framework of a strategic partnership that contributes to the realization of NHC's goals and the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

This agreement is an extension of the Saudi-Chinese partnerships that were strengthened during the visit of His Excellency Minister Majid Al Haqeel to China, during which several strategic agreements were signed, including the construction of 20,000 housing units in various regions of the Kingdom to support the real estate development sector and increase the housing supply.
The agreement is characterized by a series of future projects, within the framework of a strategic partnership that contributes to achieving the objectives of NHC and the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Al Sudan Destination is one of the major urban destinations, spread over an area of 4.2 million square meters, with integrated facilities including mosques, schools, health centers, sports clubs, commercial facilities, half a million square meters of green spaces, and an integrated network of safe pedestrian and bicycle paths, making it a vibrant and sustainable residential destination.
It is noteworthy that NHC embodies its vision to develop integrated urban communities based on quality of life, and contributes to achieving the objectives of the housing program within the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by raising the percentage of residential ownership to 70%, securing supply chains with sustainable building materials, and increasing the real estate supply according to international standards, confirming its position as the largest real estate developer in the region, through projects that express a national transformation built on the ground.
