The spokesperson stressed that the value of real estate transactions reached about SAR 1 trillion as a result of more than 8 million real estate transactions, and the number of licensees to practice brokerage activity reached more than 86 thousand licensees. For their part, the speakers in the first panel discussion, which discussed “Legislative Updates and Enabling Opportunities in the Real Estate Brokerage System“, emphasized that the real estate sector today has become one of the enabling sectors that operate in a stimulating legislative environment that has contributed to the growth and development of the sector, pointing out that the Kingdom today is witnessing a real estate market that is experiencing the largest regulatory transformation in its history, driven by the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which contributes to enhancing reliability and sustainability.
Participants in the first panel discussion discussed “Legislative updates and enabling opportunities in the Real Estate Brokerage System”. The speakers in the second panel discussed "The real estate product from building value to sustainable sales", praising the development acceleration witnessed by the Kingdom, which is the highest in the region and the world, and that residential plans in neighborhoods have become more organized through urban governance imposed by new regulations and legislation, which contributed to enhancing quality of life standards.
