The Real Estate Development Fund launched today the service center for beneficiaries of the Fund's services at the Kharj Housing Complex in order to serve beneficiaries in the south of Riyadh and the surrounding neighborhoods and alleviate the suffering of road congestion and distance to the Fund's branch in north Riyadh.

<The center will receive and execute all operations, complete transactions and serve beneficiaries without the need to visit the branch or the Fund's General Administration. The Director General of the Fund, Engineer Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Zughaibi, explained in a statement that this initiative of the Fund comes in response to the circumstances and suffering of beneficiaries in reviewing and frequenting branches and offices, thus reaching the beneficiary in his governorate and serving him without any cost or hardship, and realizing the directives of the state to facilitate and facilitate citizens and not burden them with any hardship or disruption of their transactions.

While the Fund's Director General, Engineer Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Zughaibi, said in a statement It is worth mentioning that the Fund has started to activate the idea of service centers for beneficiaries and launched a group of them in a number of governorates that are relatively far from the headquarters of the Fund's branches and offices.
