National Housing Company NHC has announced the start of sales in its new residential project “Rehab Al-Asala”, one of its latest projects within the Al-Asala destination in Riyadh. The project is strategically located in the southwest of the capital near King Salman Air Base and the Technical College, in addition to its proximity to many vital facilities and services.

NHC is offering an exclusive offer for owners, allowing them to pay only SAR 5,000 upon signing the contract, with the possibility of paying the rest of the first installment (5% of the unit value) over 6 months, for a limited time and subject to terms and conditions.
