“Zatca invites businesses to submit VAT returns for July

The application deadline ends on August 31, 2025 for establishments with an annual supply of more than SAR 40 million, with late penalties.

Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (Zatca) has invited businesses subject to VAT whose annual supplies of goods and services exceed (40) million riyals to submit their tax returns for the month of July, by no later than (31) August 2025.

Zatca urged businesses to submit their tax returns via the website (zatca.gov.sa) or submit and pay via the Authority's smart phone application (ZATCA). ZATCA urged enterprises to submit their tax returns via the website (zatca.gov.sa) or submit and pay via the ZATCA mobile application to avoid the penalty for late submission of the return within the specified period, at a minimum of (5%) and a maximum of (25%) of the tax value that the taxpayer had to declare.
