Prices of prefabricated concrete in Saudi Arabia witnessed a significant increase during July 2025 compared to the same period last year, where the increase ranged between 4.63% and 5.49%, according to the Building Materials Price Statistics Bulletin issued by The Saudi Contractors Authority.

The price of 350K resistant concrete was about 230.15 riyals per meter in July 2025, compared to 219.18 riyals in July 2024, an increase of 5.01%.
The price of 250 K resistant concrete recorded about 209.20 riyals per meter, compared to 199.95 riyals in the same period last year, an increase of 4.63%.
The price of 350K plain concrete reached 220.27 riyals per meter, compared to 208.80 riyals a year ago, an increase of 5.49%.
The price of 250K plain concrete rose to 200.60 riyals per meter compared to 190.51 riyals a year ago, an increase of 5.30%.
