How is the fee applied? The fees are imposed on the total property owned by the taxpayer within the city if the area reaches or exceeds the threshold specified in the law.

What is the grace period?

What is the grace period to develop the land? One year from the date of imposition of the fee, with the possibility of extension as stipulated in the regulation.

Does the fee include paper or electronic deeds only? The fee is imposed on the owner according to the ownership document registered with the competent authorities, regardless of the type of instrument.

In case of multiple owners? The fee is applied to each owner according to his share in the land if the total area reaches the prescribed minimum.
