Non-profit companies may allocate a percentage of their profits, not exceeding (30%), to enhance their investments and expand their business. Non-profit companies may pay reasonable bonuses or other benefits to their directors, board members, or employees for the services they provide.
The ministry noted that a percentage of their profits does not exceed (30%), to enhance their investments and expand their business, unless otherwise stipulated in their articles of incorporation or bylaws. The Ministry pointed out that non-profit companies are prohibited from distributing any of their profits to any of the company's members, directors, board members or employees, unless it is covered by the company's banks and fields, provided that the profits that can be distributed do not exceed (10%) of the total profits.
Non-profit companies may pay reasonable bonuses or other benefits to their directors, board members or employees in return for the services they provide.
