His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Madinah, received at his office at the Emirate, HE Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, accompanied by HE Provincial Secretary Engineer Fahd bin Mohammed Al Balishi. During the reception, they reviewed the paths of urban and service development in Madinah, in addition to the ministry's future plans and achievements in infrastructure projects and housing in the cities and governorates of the region, in addition to discussing the requirements of the next phase in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
H.H.H. praised the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, accompanied by the Governor of the region, Engineer Fahd Muhammad Al Balihshi. His Highness praised the development, housing and service projects that contribute to achieving a qualitative leap for the region and enhance its urban and economic attractiveness, in light of the care and attention paid by the wise leadership to develop infrastructure, improve the quality of life and provide a stimulating investment environment in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and translate its ambitions to build modern and attractive cities that achieve balanced development and meet the aspirations of citizens, residents and visitors.
For his part, the Minister of Municipalities presented the Minister of Housing in the cities and governorates of the region, as well as discussing the requirements of the next phase in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. For his part, the Minister of Municipalities and Housing expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Emir of Medina for his continuous support, stressing that this support is a great incentive to accelerate the pace of work, achieve the aspirations of the wise leadership, and promote development programs within the framework of its sustainable development journey, which made the Kingdom in the list of the top 100 global destinations and contributed to its progress in the Smart Cities Index (IMD).
