On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, the Riyadh Municipality will organize 95th Saudi National Day in 12 public parks in different neighborhoods of the capital, from 4 pm to 11 pm, in a festive atmosphere targeting all age groups, combining entertainment, education and creative interaction.

The events include theatrical performances featuring folk and traditional arts and interactive competitions, in addition to mobile shows that roam the festival sites, and dedicated areas for children that include various workshops such as ink making, handicrafts, coloring Najdi doors and jewelry making, as well as recreational activities such as face painting and balloon release. There will also be 360-degree interactive photo booths, national musical performances combining the oud and violin, as well as various folkloric paintings.
The events also provide an integrated experience for visitors through dedicated areas for shops, restaurants and cafes that offer products with a national character, as well as aesthetic models and art corners that reflect the combination of originality and ambition, events that narrate the history of the Kingdom in a modern visual style, as well as old folk games for children and youth, and national music evenings in which local artists participate.
In addition, the municipalities of the Riyadh region are organizing 95th National Day events in 47 locations in various governorates and affiliated centers, with more than 205 different activities that will last for 3 days, with wide participation of residents and visitors. The more than 100 activities included heritage exhibitions showcasing the cultural heritage of the Hejaz region, including traditional costumes and popular cuisine. The festivities also included live music performances, open sports competitions such as running races on the Corniche, and water activities that attracted tourists and residents. The highlight of the celebration was the launch of fireworks over the Red Sea, which added visual charm to the city, cementing Jeddah's position as a major tourist destination during National Day.
Growing interest in Jazan region festivals
<The Jazan region is currently witnessing an increasing number of families and individuals from residents and visitors to enjoy the various events associated with the celebration of the 95th National Day, organized by the Emirate of Jazan, amid an integrated system of security authorities to ensure the organization of traffic and smooth access to the events.
The events held at the waterfront, Cultural Street, Flag Square and the House of Culture in Jizan include the “Jazan Security and Development” exhibition, and exhibitions of governmental, private and non-profit organizations, reflecting community cooperation and effective participation, which reflects the great development witnessed by the region in various fields.
The events include the “Sports Nation” exhibition, health exhibition, drone, paragliding, military parade, marine shows, equestrian activities, children's corner, farmers" track, artisans" track, music events, plays, entertainment competitions, and artistic concerts.
Diverse events in Al-Jouf region
<The Jouf region's 95th National Day celebrations are attracting visitors with a variety of events hosted by 9 regions and 49 artistic, musical, cultural and movement performances, as the celebrations are organized by the Jouf Municipality, and will last 3 days until September 25.Eight minstrels and artists will take part in the revival of the “Ezzna Theater”, while the “Ezzna Exhibition” cultural corner moves the audience from the present to the past, highlighting the march of the kings and their achievements in building and developing the Kingdom, while the Square area supports emerging projects and allows to recognize the creations of 16 productive families.
The “1352 Theater” carries the history of the Hijri year that witnessed the founding of the Kingdom, and offers music and performance art through 15 performances by 30 participants, while "Majlis Ezzna" is a cultural forum that embraces various ideas and presents 16 guests from Al Jouf region and beyond speaking in 6 different fields.
The Food Zone features 11 brands to taste different foods and delicacies, combining local and international flavors.
The Children's Zone offers an entertaining space full of games and activities that stimulate children's skills and senses through 6 events and 4 corners, and the Performing Arts Zone embodies a lively space with movement, rhythm and expressive arts that creates a joyful atmosphere through 6 bands and 30 performances.
National operetta and fireworks in the Eastern Province
The Eastern Province Municipality celebrated National Day with an intensive program that included more than 100 locations in Dammam, Khobar, and Qatif. The events included a national operetta at the Cytec Center in Dammam, during which local artists presented musical and poetic performances embodying pride in the region's oil heritage and economic development. The Saudi Ardah was also held at Al Muhsniyat Corniche in Qatif, where thousands gathered to watch the fireworks that lit up the sky. The events also included heritage exhibitions and activities for children, such as flag painting workshops, as well as awareness campaigns on the importance of national unity, making the celebrations comprehensive and diverse.
Buraydah is the center of celebrations in Qassim region
<In Qassim, the municipality focused on Buraydah as the main center of the celebrations, decorating the streets and squares with more than 15,000 national flags and green and white lights. The events included folk performances, such as the Arada and Zir, along with exhibitions of local agricultural products, such as dates, for which the region is famous. Sports events, such as friendly soccer matches, and recreational activities for families were also held at King Abdullah Parks. In Hail, the municipality raised 3,200 national flags across 70 vital locations, with a focus on decorating key squares, such as Al-Maghawa Square. The celebrations included national parades in which youth and families participated, along with artistic performances reflecting Haili heritage, such as Nabat poetry and traditional dances. The municipality also organized exhibitions of handicrafts, such as weaving and sadu, which contributed to introducing new generations to cultural heritage.
