The discussion of the technological development witnessed by the real estate market had a share of the activities of Cityscape 2025, in addition to discussing the new construction technology applied by a number of countries, with participating countries and delegations highlighting investment opportunities in their countries.
During the events of Cityscape 2025, she described the participation of about 80 real estate developers in the activities of the exhibition as distinguished, as they presented about 1,000 diverse projects. During Cityscape, a real estate cooperation agreement was signed between the offices of the International Real Estate Federation in both the Kingdom and Egypt. The agreement aims to provide a package of specialized services to state authorities and investors in the two countries, support the real estate sector, exchange experiences, and promote investment and partnership.
