New requirements included in the updated Housing Support Regulation, regarding those who apply for housing support, have a housing loan application with the Real Estate Fund and received their number before 23/7/1432. The Housing Subsidy Regulation stipulates that those who have a housing loan application with the Real Estate Fund and received their number before 7/23/1432, and wish to receive housing subsidies, must waive all previous loan applications for him and his family members registered in the application, and prove the waiver through official correspondence and electronic documentation with the Real Estate Fund.
These amendments aim to govern the housing subsidy, and reset the eligibility mechanism in line with the broader reforms in the real estate finance sector. According to the updated regulation, the Housing Support contract remains pending until the waiver is completed within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of notification of the housing program, and failure to comply with this condition leads to the cancellation of the housing support application.
The procedure comes through official letters and electronic documentation with the Real Estate Fund.
This measure comes in order to close the door to double benefit, in addition to contributing to directing resources to families who need support, and is in line with the directions of Vision 2030 to increase ownership rates and achieve family stability.
