Falken City of Wonders, a leading real estate developer, today welcomed a student delegation from India's Center for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) University to learn about mega-project management strategies at the Falken City of Wonders project currently under development in Dubai.

Falken City of Wonders is currently under development in Dubai. <On the sidelines of the visit, Mr. Al-Harith bin Salem Almoosa, Vice Chairman and Deputy General Manager of the company, gave a presentation on the development stages of the project and briefed the visiting student delegation on all aspects related to the project as well as best practices in improving the livelihoods of the project. <Located on an area of more than 41 million square feet, the project comprises more than 5,500 apartments and villas inspired by world-class architectural designs, featuring a variety of locations and sizes to meet the different needs of investors and customers. Upon completion, the project is set to include commercial centers, Falken Fun City, family centers, sports facilities, and educational institutions.
