The value of real estate transactions in various cities of the Kingdom that took place during the month of Safar 1437 AH witnessed a significant decrease of about 41 % compared to the same period last year, amounting to 24.1 billion riyals.

Real estate deals on land plots accounted for the largest share, amounting to 22 billion riyals with a value of about 91 % of the total value, followed by apartment deals worth 811.8 million riyals.
The most active cities during the month of Safar 1437, registering a decrease of 47 %, compared to the same period last year. The most active cities in terms of the value of residential real estate transactions during the month of Safar, Riyadh was the highest with deals worth 4.2 billion riyals, a decrease of 43 % compared to the same month last year, followed by Jeddah with about 3.1 billion riyals, a decrease of 39 % from the same month last year.
