Taraz Al Arabia has signed a joint development agreement with Manafa Holding in the residential development sector, the first project between the two companies to develop the Midtown project located in the north of Riyadh. The agreement was signed by Mr. Mohammed Saad Bin Dawood, CEO of Manafa Holding, Dr. Mamoun Abdullah Al Muneef, Managing Director of Taraz Al Arabia, and Mr. Qusai Abdullah Al Fakhri, Executive Partner of the company.
<It consists of 5 luxury buildings consisting of 165 residential units with 6 different designs and spaces on a land area of 12.480 square meters and it meets the growing demand for luxury and distinctive buildings, in addition to the privileged location located in the Riyadh Hills neighborhood near Prince Mohammed bin Saad Street (formerly Al Khair), which is also distinguished by the proximity to King Abdullah Financial Center and many high-end locations in northern Riyadh, and the project was introduced in the project to build residential buildings with high-end and modern standards and innovative engineering designs, and is expected to be implemented within 24 months.
