King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) has unveiled its project Beach 3, one of the coastal neighborhoods within the Al Murooj area in the economic city, which contains 220 residential plots and is characterized by a distinctive view of the Red Sea and its proximity to the golf course that was designed according to international specifications, and is considered a coastal interface that enjoys a natural environment and wonderful sea views, and is the third neighborhood launched by the city after the great success of Beach 1 and Beach 2 neighborhoods.

In the same direction of the city, the city has selected Salem Al Harith Contracting Company to develop the infrastructure of Beach 3 with a value of SAR 1.5 million.
