Al Hammad explained that this meeting comes as an extension of the integrated Gulf work process aimed at developing real estate systems and legislation, and enhancing the exchange of experiences in the regulatory and development aspects, pointing out that the real estate sector is one of the main economic tributaries of the Gulf countries and represents a pivotal element in achieving sustainable development.Hammad valued the role of the Qatar Real Estate Forum. The Chairman of Gulf Real Estate Authority stressed that GCC real estate legislative integration is a key pillar for building a more transparent and confident real estate market, noting that the Authority, with the support of the wise leadership, works in coordination with its Gulf counterparts to harmonize regulations and exchange best practices in the fields of real estate registration, brokerage regulation and real estate development, which contributes to stimulating investments, protecting rights and raising market efficiency.He also praised the role of the GCC Real Estate Regulatory Center in the field of real estate registration.
