Aqari Real Estate Marketing Company - a subsidiary of Salman bin Abdullah bin Saeedan Real Estate Group - has launched its second and final phase of Sunset Villas in Riyadh. For his part, Salman bin Abdullah bin Saeedan, President of Salman bin Abdullah bin Saeedan Real Estate Group, pointed out that the advertising campaign in the media and outdoor advertising for this phase coincides with the start of the group's sales in the Ministry of Housing apartments offered within the partnership program, which is currently held in the great hall at the Ministry's headquarters in Riyadh, as the company offers multiple options in purchasing either for subsidized housing products as in the North Riyadh project, or other projects in Riyadh, including the Al Ghoroub residential project west of the capital.

Salman bin Abdullah bin Saeedan added that the company offers multiple options in purchasing subsidized housing products. <Bin Saeedan added: We have seen great interest from consumers, whether from those entitled to support within the housing support program launched by the Ministry of Housing, and the start of sales of apartments two weeks ago, or those wishing to apply real estate fund loans and benefit from subsidized financing programs to buy in the Al Ghuroub project. He pointed out that the space of options available to buyers is one of the most important reasons for the demand witnessed by the group's projects during the past two weeks.
