<The Real Estate Contributions Committee, chaired by H.E. Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, auctioned a land on the Mecca-Jeddah highway to a citizen for one billion and 226 million and 960 thousand riyals after a directive was issued by the Supreme Council to liquidate the contribution of a citizen, at the Jeddah Hilton Hall.
The area of the land is approximately one kilometer and is 12 kilometers from the Makkah Mosque. It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Contributions Committee has set a number of conditions for those who wish to enter the auction, including the deposit of an advance check for 3 million riyals of the purchase value.
