NHC has signed a comprehensive development agreement with a company to develop the Mashael Al Forsan project in Al Forsan Destination, northeast of Riyadh. The project spans an area of more than 116,000 square meters and provides 1,120 residential units of the apartment type, enhancing the diversification of residential products within the destination.
The Al Forsan destination comes with a total investment value of more than SAR 1,080 million. Al Forsan is one of the largest destinations being developed by NHC on a vast area of more than 35 million square meters, offering a modern lifestyle for more than 50,000 residential units with a variety of designs and spaces to accommodate more than 250,000 people to give them the opportunity to live amid a range of integrated facilities and services in a healthy and sustainable environment that includes more than 6 million square meters of parks and green spaces that enhance the quality of life.
NHC confirms that the project extends over an area of more than (35) million square meters and offers (1,120) apartment-type residential units, enhancing the diversity of residential products within the destination. Through this agreement, NHC will continue to lead the urban development in Riyadh and move forward in developing integrated urban destinations that enhance the level of services and meet the aspirations of its customers.
