National Housing Company (NHC) signed a contract for the implementation of 1075 residential units in Al Forsan Destination in Riyadh, with Citizen International Company worth more than SAR 875 million, on the sidelines of Cityscape Global 2025, where NHC was represented by Engineer Yahya Siraj, President of Al Forsan Destination, while Citizen International Company was represented by Ahmed Al Namla, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

National Housing National Housing explained that this agreement comes as part of its continuous efforts to enhance the real estate supply and develop urban destinations that contribute to achieving the objectives of the housing program, which is one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, according to a statement published by the company through its official page on the “X” platform.

These agreements reflect NHC's keenness to expand its partnerships with the private sector and drive development in Saudi cities, as part of its ongoing efforts to provide opportunities for local and international investors.

Al Forsan is one of the largest urban destinations being developed by NHC in the Kingdom, spanning more than 35 million square meters and including more than 50,000 residential units.
