The real estate deals in the Northern Borders region during the third quarter of 2025 recorded a total value of about 105.6 million riyals, through 783 real estate transactions, according to data from the Ministry of Justice.

The statistics showed an increase of 7.7% compared to the same period last year, reflecting a gradual growth in the real estate sector in the region. This growth comes in light of the increasing investment opportunities and the diversity of real estate projects that are in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
